What is the expected time for shipment?

Once the order is completed, an email will be sent containing the order details. The shipping and delivery time within the city of Riyadh ranges through three hours from the time of the order and within 24 hours to any city in the Kingdom and  our services are available from    8 pm to 2 am expect for Friday which is from 1pm to 2pm in all days of years and holidays 

What happens upon receipt?

You will be contacted by the delivery representative in case you need additional information. If the representative cannot reach the address more than once, or if the phone is switched off, the request will be canceled. It is not possible to open the product to see it and then return it to the representative.
